Spencer, Walker 1-2 in Diamond League 400m hurdles
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Jamaicans finished first and second in the Diamond League women’s 400m hurdles in Lausanne, Switzerland today.
Kaliese Spencer took first place in a season’s best time of 53.59 while training partner Melaine Walker (53.74) was second, also a season’s best.
Perri Shakes-Drayton of Great Britain was third in 53.83.
Olympic champion Natalya Antyukh finished down the track in seventh (55.82).
