Basketball coaching seminar for MoBay

Uncertified coaches hoping to participate in the upcoming ISSA/KFC Western Conference High Schoolboys’ Under 19 and Under 16 basketball competitions will get the chance to be certified this weekend.

The Western Basketball Association will put on the two -day Level One course at the Montego Bay Cricket Club, Saturday and Sunday between 9:00am and 2:00pm each day.

Hubert Grant, lecturer at Sam Sharpe Teachers’ College will conduct the course and all coaches hoping to take part in the league set to start in October, must have at least a Level One certification if they hope to participate in the league, according to the rules of the competition.
