NAZ students view new centre
Students at the NAZ Children’s Centre get a look at what their new building will look like, at the November 16 groundbreaking ceremony. Holding the banner for the children’s view are members of the Centre’s Parent Group, Derrick Dyer (left) and David Topping.
The Digicel Foundation is contributing $31 million for construction of the centre. Located in Montego Bay, the NAZ Centre is the only school of its kind in western Jamaica that caters to average and above average learners, international students who speak English as a second language, and students with learning and other challenges. The latter include those with down syndrome, autism, learning delays and cerebral palsy.
