The challenges at the facility have resulted in low storage and reduced output.
The affected areas include: Constant Spring Road and all roads leading off, Norbrook, Cherry Gardens, Havendale, Half Way Tree, Manor Park, Shortwood Road and all roads leading off, Graham Heights, Aylsham, Allerdyce, Acadia, Red Hills Road and all roads leading off, White Hall Gardens, Belgrade, Kingswood, Riva Ridge, Eastwood Park Gardens, Stillwell Road and surrounding areas.
The NWC says that it is working to restore normal water supply as soon as possible.
