Coach charged for having sex with 15-y-o

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Detectives from the Centre for the Investigation of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA) arrested and charged a St Andrew man for having sexual intercourse with person under 16 and sexual touching.

He has been identified as 21-year-old Rajive Ford, an assistance coach of Seaview Gardens, Kingston 11.

Information received is that the matter was reported to CISOCA on Monday, January 14 and an investigation was subsequently launched; it is alleged that the acts were committed against a 15-year-old girl who attends a prominent high school in Kingston.

Ford appeared before the Half-Way-Tree Resident Magistrate’s Court on Friday.
