How did you land this job?
I was working as the Consumer Marketing Manager at Nestlé Ice Cream Division before, but two years ago I got a transfer to the Head Office as Consumer Marketing Manager for the Beverage portfolio.
How long have you been in this job?
I have been with Nestlé Jamaica Ltd for seven years. I spent five years with the Ice Cream Division and for the last two years I have been at the Head Office, working with brands such as Milo, Nescafé, Nesquik and Juicy Juice.
What’s great about your job?
Delighting our consumers. For instance, last week I got a call from a consumer who was upset about the unavailability of Nestlé Cappuccino at a particular store. I took her information, then spoke to the sales executive who ensured the stock issue was sorted out. Calling her to inform her that the product was now available at the outlet she usually goes to was a delight. Delighting our consumers is the high point of my job; this entails providing quality and nutritious products as well as interacting and participating in activities that bring me closer to them. Activities such as our MILO® Western Relays, MILO® Sports,
Nutrition and Lifestyle Clinics, Nestlé Wellness Days, Community Fests and other events/ sponsorships. Another great thing about my job is relationship building . In this role I have developed meaningful and lasting relationships both inside and outside the organisation.

A perfect example of one such product is MILO®, which is not just any delicious “chocolate drink” — it is fortified nutrition.
