Sandals Resorts chart with way for young hospitality professionals
SANDALS Resorts International’s internship and management trainee programme continues to create opportunities for young adults who seek to obtain a promising career in the hospitality industry.
The Sandals chain has been heavily sought after by many local and international students whose aim is to apply the concepts and competencies learnt in school in a real world environment that allows them to gain a solid knowledge of how an all-inclusive hotel operates.
A group of interns located at Sandals Montego Bay and Sandals Royal Caribbean have already started their journey and are fully engaged in the operation at each resort.
