Williams fifth in Stockholm Diamond League triple jump
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Kimberley Williams leaped 13.84 metres to finish fifth in the triple jump in Stockholm, Sweden today as ten Jamaicans are down to compete in the Diamond League meet.
Novelene Williams-Mills, Christine Day and Rosemarie Whyte compete in the 400M, while Kaliese Spencer will run in the women’s 400M hurdles.
Long jumper, Damar Forbes, who finished 8th last week at the Moscow World Championships, will also compete today.
Sprinters Kerron Stewart and Schillonie Calvert will participate in the women’s 100M event, while Mario Forsythe and Rasheed Dwyer are down to run in the men’s 200M.
Twelve individual World Champions from Moscow are down to compete in Stockholm.
