KINGSTON, Jamaica — Kerron Stewart, Natasha Morrison and Carrie Russell will be the first Jamaicans to grace the track in today’s Diamond League meet held in Zurich, Switzerland.
The three athletes will compete in the second of two women’s pre-programme 100 metre races.

Double world champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce will go up against Murielle Ahoure from the Ivory Coast and Americans Jeneba Tarmoh and Charonda Williams as her main rivals in the women’s 200m.
In the main event, the men’s 100 metre, four Jamaicans, running out of lanes two, three, four and five — Nickel Ashmeade, Kemar Bailey-Cole, Nesta Carter and the world’s fastest man, Usian Bolt — will tackle Americans Justin Gatlin, Michael Rogers and Walter Dix.
Finally, the Jamaican women 4X100 team will race for the Zurich Trophy in the evening’s final event at the 13th of fifteen meets for the season.
