Keith Senior retires from JN Fund Managers
RETIRING General Manager JN Fund Managers (JNFM), Keith Senior, is a leader who pushes you to “think outside the box”, says Assistant General Manager Sharon Whitelocke.
“You have made your mark in the company’s history,” Whitelocke told Senior at a ceremony in his honour at Gloria’s restaurant in Port Royal recently.
“You have also helped me to develop personally,” Whitelocke added at the harbour side function.
The St Jago High School old boy had a distinguished career in the financial sector, before taking on the role of transforming JN Fund Managers in 2000.
With just more than $35 billion in assets under management and $378 million in profits for the last financial year, JN Fund Managers is now one of the most successful investment houses in the financial services sector.
“You could never leave Keith Senior’s office without learning something new,” said Delories Jones, Vice President, Sales and Business Development. She declared that “I have grown so much, as a result.”
Christopher Campbell, Vice President-Investments, said simply, “We thank you for sharing these years with us.”
Brando Hayden, the newly appointed General Manager, thanked Senior on behalf of all the staff, pointing out that “I too have learned from Keith”.
“JN Fund Managers is the jewel of the JN Group because of the work of Keith Senior and the JNFM family,” Hayden said. “My intention is to grow this jewel.”
Senior thanked the staff for their support and for having “delivered service par excellence”, during his period in office. He pointed out that he would continue as a consultant with the JN Group, of which JNFM is a member.
