Seafood lovers can gear up for Seafood Fridaze at Di Spot and Restaurant, St Andrew. Starting time is 5:00 pm and continues until 12 midnight.

Family Fun Day and Back-to- School Giveaway
It’s a family fun day and back-to- school giveaway at Dinnals’s Chill and Grill Park, Race Track, Clarendon on Saturday. Later on in the evening there will be a special performance by Luciano. The fun begins at 11:00 am.
Disco Old School
DJ Oketo Kipling will be keeping patrons entertained with old-school disco at the Melting Pot Nite Club and Grill, Square Deal Plaza on Molynes Road.
Absinthe, 8th Anniversary
Saturday will be the celebration of Absinthe 8th Anniversary at The Terrace, Sagicor Building, New Kingston. Music will be provided by DJ Nicco, DreDay and DJ Denvo.
‘Tenky Miss Lou’ Concert and Dialogue Series
The Jamaica Cultural Development Commission (JCDC) will host a series of activities on Saturday at the Louise Bennett Garden Theatre, 36 Hope Road, Kingston to celebrate the 94th birthday anniversary of the late Hon Louise Bennett-Coverley. These activities include an Exhibition and multimedia presentation on her work and life opening at 2:00 pm followed by a Concert at 4:00 pm featuring her songs and poems as performed by school, community and youth groups. The day’s activities will close with a cultural dialogue that will examine the topic “Jamaica Labrish: 50 years on…” starting at 6:00 pm.
