UNFORTUNATELY, when some people have power, they spare no one, and keep them under a thumb for a long time, emasculating them. In order to emasculate someone, you have to exercise some degree of power over them.
Usually the term emasculate is in reference to men and the effect some women have over them. Indeed, the dictionary defines emasculate as: ‘to castrate; to deprive of masculine vigor; to render effeminate; to impoverish or deprive of potent qualities.’ The noun, of course, is emasculator, which is the person who emasculates men.
So the title of this piece is spot on, as emasculation more than often leads to…
