The Voice Final: Can Tessanne do it?

The Voice Final: Can Tessanne do it?

KINGSTON, Jamaica — NBC’s The Voice Season 5 reaches its climax in a few hours.

The top three in the Monday night finale, Tessanne Chin and Will Champlin of Team Adam and Jacquie Lee of Team Christina, will vie for the last time this year on the popular talent show.

Tessanne hit the spotlight last week skyrocketing to the number one spot on the iTunes chart with her semifinal round performance of ‘Bridge Over Troubled Water’.

But the question on everyone’s lips — will the momentum (and votes) take Tessanne through to become The Voice Season 5?

E News reported Monday that 43 per cent of Americans believe that Tessanne will win the show.

Yet another poll by entertainment Website Wetpaint, said that 49 per cent of the participants voted for Tessanne as The Voice 2013 winner.

Entertainment and Stars have complied a list of 3 Reasons Why Tessanne Chin of Team Adam Should Win The Voice Season 5:

1) Tessanne Chin has music running in her blood. She has been learning music since she was very young and has been a performer since she was just six. She comes from a family of musicians. Her mother was a singer and trumpeter in the same band in which her father was a drummer. Her sister is a singer and her cousin is a vocalist and guitarist in a band called Grassroutes

2) Tessanne is experienced as a singer and performer. She is already a recording artist and has an album in her name titled ‘In Between Words’.

3) Judges admire Tessanne’s singing. While Coach Blake Shelton has declared her to be the winner of The Voice Season 5 (2013), she is much loved by the other coaches, too. During her last performance on ‘Bridge Over Troubled Water’ Coach Adam commented: “I don’t even know what to say. That’s crazy what just happened. I’ve never been speechless on the show before. I think that that’s probably the most flawless and graceful performance I’ve ever heard on this show.”

The Voice Season 5 final round will be aired at 8:00pm and the show’s winner will be announced on Tuesday, December 17.

Tuesday’s result episode will be a gala event with Lady Gaga, Celine Dion and R Kelly scheduled to perform alongside, the top three finalists —Tessanne, Will and Jacquie.
