UPDATE: Unidentified man killed in Washington Blvd crash

KINGSTON, Jamaica — An unidentified man died as a result of injuries he sustained in a motor vehicle crash on the Washington Boulevard in the vicinity of Molynes Road, St Andrew Wednesday morning. 

The Duhaney Park Police report that about 5:15 am, the man was attempting to cross the road when he was hit by a Toyota Corolla motor car. The police were summoned and he was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The driver of the vehicle has been warned for prosecution.
