Robin Thicke wants Paula Patton back, and he’s not afraid to shout it from the rooftops.

The Blurred Lines singer, 36, landed in Washington, DC and told a TMZ photographer bluntly that he wants his marriage back on track.

He said: “I’m just trying to get her back.”

Patton is said to have called time on the marriage recently and wasn’t moved by her spouse’s last-ditch attempt to persuade her differently.

He flew to Canada, where Patton was filming, but the grand gesture didn’t change the mother-of-one’s mind.

Months of embarrassment over Robin’s twerking routine with Miley Cyrus and dodgy tales of him groping a young woman’s bottom have apparently pushed Patton to end the relationship.

Patton, 38, felt “utterly disrespected” by husband Robin Thicke’s lewd MTV Video Music Awards performance with scantily-clad Miley.

Following his emotional performance on Thursday evening in Virginia, during which he dedicated a song to his estranged wife, it emerged that the crooner had arranged for huge floral bouquets to be delivered to her home.

Several bouquets of flowers were seen arriving at her Hollywood Hills house, and it was clear that no expense was spared on the gesture.

And Thicke reiterated this point in an emotional tribute to the actress in his first concert since their split.

“For y’all that don’t know me and my wife separated, but I’m trying to get my girl back. She’s a good woman,” the 36-year-old told the audience.

The singer then sang Lost Without U after admitting he had written the song for his wife.

The actress shared an Instagram photo of herself and her beau sporting huge smiles last Wednesday with the caption reading, “I love you @kutcher78”.

The pair frequently have been the subject of engagement reports and with Kutcher’s divorce to his first wife Demi Moore newly confirmed, it seems this time it could be for real.
