Body of elderly man found in Kingston Harbour
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The body of an elderly man was on Thursday seen afloat in the Kingston Harbour in the vicinity of Breezy Castle, downtown.
The police are now seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the man, who is believed to be in his early sixties. The body is of dark complexion, medium build and about 5-feet-4-inches long with gray beard and moustache.
Reports from the Gold Street Police are that the man allegedly went for a swim in the harbour, got into difficulties and drowned. They were alerted and on their arrival the body was removed to the morgue pending post-mortem.
