ATL Industrial Group selects management trainees
The first batch from the ATL Industrial Group’s Management Trainee Programme organised by Sandals Resorts International, left yesterday began their June 4 to 16 orientation at Sandals Grande Riviera, Ocho Rios. The programme — the premiere management and leadership development programme of Sandals Resorts International and the ATL Industrial Group — allows participants an opportunity for accelerated growth in the company. The two-year programme includes orientation with company leaders, consistent leadership and coaching, management training courses within and exposure to multiple departments with the ATL Industrial Group and Sandals.
