Junior Minister of Transport, Works and Housing, Richard Azan (left) greets students of Green Pond Primary School in St James, while Councillor for the Rose Heights Division Knollis King looks on. The students are classmates of the nine- year- old twin brothers, Brandon and Brayden Jones, who died tragically following flood rains in their community recently. Azan, representatives from the National Works Agency, Member of Parliament Lloyd B Smith, and other members of the political directorate were a part of a team which visited the school last week following the death of the boys.
Their bodies were interred in Bastard Cedar Walk in Petersfield, Westmoreland, on Sunday, following a thanksgiving ceremony at the Kings Seventh-day Adventist Church in Mount Salem, St James.
