Jaques JACKSON
To see my favourite side #teamBrazil leaving the World Cup in such a horrible defeat to Germany. I think this was as a result of the changes made to the starting 11 due to Neymar’s injury and the suspension of our captain Thiago Silva, who plays a key role in our defence. Even with these changes, I did not expect the match to end the way it did. That was totally unpredictable.

It would definitely be the 7-1 in favour of Germany against Brazil. I expected a loss, but seven goals? Then to had insult to injury, Argentina beat Netherlands! Come on, Argentina is just Messi! Then the match with Costa Rica and Netherlands — that match was fit to be a final.
Kevin WALTERS
My most surprising moment was when Costa Rica beat Uruguay. I didn’t expect them to even score a goal, so I was completely shocked when they actually won.
Twanya BURTON
My most surprising moment in this year’s World Cup was when Germany defeated Brazil 7-1. I knew that Germany would have come out the victors but I was completely taken aback by the huge goal difference
Amoi SPENCE
My most surprising World Cup moment would have to be between Germany’s massacre of my Brazilian team and the Netherlands choking against Argentina in the semi-finals. The fact that three CONCACAF teams made it out of the group stage was a pleasant surprise.
