PHOTO: Going to waste

Water from a leaking National Water Commission (NWC) pipe has been eroding this section of the Maxfield Avenue/Chisholm Avenue intersection in Kingston. The NWC has instituted lock-offs in the Corporate Area and other sections of the island because of the drought, yet this pipe has been allowed to run for days without attention.
