Three men shot in Frome, Westmoreland, two dead

KINGSTON, Jamaica – The police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the early-morning shooting of a teen and two other men at Truro district in Frome, Westmoreland.

It is reported that the three were walking along the main road about 12:15 am today, September 3 when they were attacked and shot by a group of armed men. Residents who heard the explosions summoned the police.

On arrival of the lawmen, the victims were taken to hospital where 29-year-old Kirk Samuels and 17-year-old Randy Rowe were pronounced dead and the third man admitted for treatment.

The cause of the attack is unknown.
