Richard ‘Biah’ Mitchell fined $8,000

THE stewards of the Jamaica Racing Commission are announcing the following disciplinary actions arising from inquiries held on Tuesday, September 16.

Jockey Jodeien Anderson who rode Legalize It in the second race on Wednesday, July 9, was cautioned for causing interference to Colony King and Cash Global approaching the 400-metre point.

Jockey Richard Mitchell who rode Classical Train in the fourth race on Saturday, August 30, was fined $8,000.00 for interference caused to Battle Song approaching the 600-metre point.
