Individuals, schools, community groups, youth clubs, social clubs, performing arts clubs and church groups are invited to submit entries in various classes and categories in the areas of speech, drama, music, traditional folk forms and dance.

Committed to creating priceless experiences and opportunities for young people in the art form, the JCDC hosts development workshops and training for participants which have proven to improve performances.
JCDC Director of Marketing and Public Relations Stephen Davidson encourages young people to get involved in the performing arts noting that “the benefits from the competition have allowed participants to make valuable contributions to the creative and cultural industries and of course to their own personal development”.
The Zone Finals will be held in November and December 2014 while the Parish Finals will run January and February 2015 and the National Finals in March 2015.
