Angele Smith debut album in November
SINGER Angele Smith is set to release his debut album in November. The former Rising Stars finalist, who is known for songs like Mek Mi Love You, Bounce Back and Real Love (Mama), says the project is a mixed bag.
“We worked with some well-known producers and have so far completed 30 songs. It’s going to be difficult to choose the final songs,” Smith said.
Conroy Forte (Washroom Entertainment), Dale Virgo, Clive Hunt, GI Production and Siennash Entertainment are among the producers who worked on the yet-to-be titled album.
The 31-year-old Smith came sixth in the 2009 Rising Stars competition. Prior to going solo, he was a member of the quintet A2O.
Tomorrow, Smith performs at Saturday Night Live at the Olympia Crown Hotel alongside I Wayne, Abby Dallas and Nature.
