Queen’s face Camperdown in urban area netball
REIGNING champions The Queen’s junior and senior teams will continue their defence of both titles when they go up against Camperdown High as the second round of the 2014 ISSA/Digicel Urban High School Netball Competition begins today at the Leila Robinson Courts, starting at 1:30.
The Marvette Anderson-coached Queen’s team from Central Avenue should be tested for the first time this season by the Wayne Stewart-coached Camperdown aggregation from East Kingston.
The Queen’s, also the All-Island championships, have been unbeaten all season as they have won all their preliminary-round matches in both the junior and senior leagues.
Meanwhile, Camperdown’s teams have been playing well and should be coming to beat the highly fancied national champions.

The schools who should be in contention in the senior league are St Hugh’s, St Andrew High, St Catherine High, Holy Childhood High, Alpha Academy, Gaynstead High, Tarrant High and, of course, The Queen’s.
