JPS promises decrease on November bills
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Jamaica Public Service (JPS) said in a release Monday, November 10 that customers can expect to see a decrease of approximately 8.4 per cent in their November bill, as a direct result of the lower fuel costs worldwide.
