No surprises in Windwards squad for PCL
CASTRIES, St Lucia (CMC) — There were no surprises in a 13-man Windward Islands squad named to represent the sub-region in the first two rounds of matches in the Professional Cricket League (PCL) four-day tournament which begins on Friday.
Selectors have chosen a squad of seasoned campaigners led by Liam Sebastian which play Jamaica in their opening fixture starting at Sabina Park on Friday.
The squad includes former West Indies batsman, Grenadian Devon Smith, who scored the most runs, 278, in the just-concluded Windward Islands Goodwill series.
