Study showed cancer risk was cut by 60 per cent for those with the highest
intake of allium containing vegetables, including aged garlic. At right: Broccoli has been linked to lower disease risks and has the ability to halt
growth of cancer cells for tumors in the breast, uterine lining, lung, colon, liver,
and cervix. Antibiotic tonic

Ask Your Chiropractor

This is the final in a three-part series exploring some of the most effective natural remedies that are able to assist your body to heal itself.

DON’T ever forget that minor illnesses such as the common cold are very effective ways for your body to get rid of foreign invaders and for you to come back stronger, healthier with natural immunity. Don’t immediately rush to the pharmacy when you have a little bit of a temperature, sniffles, sneezes, or cough. These are your body’s way of combatting and excreting opportunistic organisms and diseased tissues. Instead, assist the healing process by allowing these things to proceed naturally and getting plenty of rest and fluids. The body heals when it is resting.

Additionally, you also need to understand that chronic negative thoughts can facilitate the growth of cancer cells as well as weaken the immune system, making you susceptible to chronic colds and flus. We are given the gift of the breath of life every day, so don’t dwell on the past, focus on the present, and be optimistic. Your focused, positive thought is very powerful when applied correctly.

Finally, to ensure that all of these things are able to work optimally within your body’s systems, make sure to get your spine aligned on a regular basis so that nerve interference can be decreased or removed and the power that made the body can effectively communicate with the body, to begin to heal it.

Infections happen. How your immune system deals with them, along with what you eat, will ultimately determine how quickly you get over them. So, if you do feel something coming on, or it becomes full-blown overnight, take this antibiotic tonic to help knock it to its knees.

The purpose of this recipe is to provide you with a proven formula that will knock out a bacterial infection as quickly as possible. The powerful antibacterial qualities, along with vitamin C, enzymes, and probiotics of all the ingredients together make this a very potent medicine you can quickly make yourself.

Warning: This is not made for taste. It’s made to work.

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED

*A good-quality masticating juicer

INGREDIENTS

* 2 cloves of garlic

*1/2 small onion

*1 piece of turmeric (1 inch or 1/4 tsp ground)

*1 piece of ginger (1/2 inch or 1/4 tsp ground)

*1 lemon

*1/2 small jalapeño or dash of cayenne pepper

*1 oz of apple cider vinegar

*1 piece of horseradish

(1/2 inch [optional])

If you do not have a masticating juicer, use what you have that could juice the ingredients properly. Failing that, finely chop or grate first four items, or get freshly ground versions, which will not be as potent, but will have benefit.

DIRECTIONS

*Peel garlic and lemon.

*Feed garlic, onion, turmeric, ginger, and lemon and jalapeño (if not using cayenne pepper) through juicer, one by one.

*Add cayenne (if not using jalapeño, or if you can handle more heat) and apple cider vinegar.

*Line up large chaser of water, if required.

CONSUMPTION

*Take immediately when feeling symptoms related to bacterial or viral infection, and up to three times a day, as desired.

As always, if you contract a life-threatening condition, please seek sound, competent, emergency medical intervention; however, to experience a healthy optimum life of wellness, you will want to follow the recommendations in this article. Life is all about motion and function. Chiropractors restore and maintain both of these, giving you the best natural chance possible to maintain and sustain your health, and to allow these recommendations to facilitate their full potentials.

Don’t forget to “Ask Your Chiropractor” every week where your questions may be published and answered in subsequent articles. Address questions to: Dr Chris Davis, the Spinal Mechanic at movethebone@gmail.com; or, Dr Michael Harvey, director, at dr.michael_harvey@yahoo.com
