The Pepperpot Restaurant at Half Moon, A Rock Resort, MoBay was opened in December 2013 to ensure that visitors to the luxe resort were able to enjoy exquisite Jamaican fare.
There has been, to date, nothing but rave reviews for both the location — it’s located close to the sea — and its menu offerings which include staples like oxtail, ackee and salt fish, jerk chicken and pork. “Since we opened, the feedback from our guests has been very positive.
They love our food; they also love that nothing is embellished. Lunch comes served on leaves, bamboo, and we even incorporate items such as sugar cane skewers,” shared Diandra Shand, marketing and communications manager, Half Moon, A Rock Resort.
“Currently, the restaurant is operated during the prime winter months but due to the positive response from guests and locals alike, we are definitely looking to extend the time,” Shand added further.
