Follow your passion…

Upon completing my master’s I discovered my passion was jewellery design. So with no formal training I started Mateo Bijoux in 2009.

I recently completed my first women’s fine jewellery collection for Spring/Summer 2015. I just felt the time was right to venture over into women’s jewellery. I have been making men’s jewellery for years now, so taking on women’s was just refreshing.

I finally have a better understanding of who I am as a person and as a designer. I know what I like. My aesthetics have been aged and refined like a great wine.
