Prospect Links, the beaten KO finalists, will go in search of their first win of the season when they travel to face Classic United, losers of their first game.
In Zone Two, Kinloss FC will hope to keep Harmony FC at the bottom of the tables with a second loss.
Kinloss beat promoted Baca Star United 2-0 to share the lead with Spicy Hill, while Harmony FC lost their opening game.
Clarks Town will hope home field advantage will work for them against Baca Star who were runners-up in the Division One last season.
