Heights upset Seba in Sandals/ATL Senior League
MONTEGO BAY, St James — Promoted Heights FC created the first upset of the St James Football Association Sandals/ATL Senior League after handing Seba FC their first loss with a 1-0 win the third game of a triple header at Jarrett Park on Sunday.
After losing their first game then drawing the second, Heights FC got their first win, thanks to Jason Taylor’s 36th minute goal, the first conceded by Seba FC this season.
Seba FC’s loss left Reggae Youths in the lead with seven points, as Catherine Hall moved into second place on goal-difference over Seba FC after their 2-0 win over Fogo United who are yet to get a point after successive losses.
Jamal Morrison in the 26th minute and Kimario Murdock in the 81st minute scored for Catherine Hall.
Melbourne FC were held 1-1 by Salt Spring United in the first game of the day.
Boyon Cameron gave Melbourne the lead in the 53rd minute but Jason Rose equalised for Salt Spring in the 62nd minute.
