Gunman kills father in front of children in Mo Bay

KINGSTON, Jamaica (CMC) –Jamaica police are searching for a gunman who shot and killed a 28-year-old father in the presence of his two children and other students at a preparatory school in tourist resort town of Montego Bay on Friday.

Police said that Sheldon Dennis had taken his two children to the St. Mary’s Preparatory School and Kindergarten early Friday when he was attacked by the lone gunmen.

Dennis was shot while he sat in the car, but as he ran out of the vehicle, the gunman chased him and shot him several times in front of the students and parents.

Police said they have no motive for the killing.
