VCB wins 100m in season-best time in Hungary

BUDAPEST, Hungary – World and Olympic sprint champion Veronica Campbell Brown ran a season’s best 10.99 seconds (-1.2m/s) to win the 100m A race at the Istvan Gyulai Memorial in Budapest, Hungary, today.

Campbell Brown, who was third in both sprint finals at the recent JAAA National Senior Championships in Kingston, beat American Tianna Bartoletta in a close finish with the runner-up clocking 11.18 seconds.
