VIDEO: Add St Bess to your global culinary directory — Gee Wiz!

For Delroy Brown, forget fanciful flavours — food must be as natural as possible. His Gee Wiz Vegetarian restaurant (operated with twin brother Fitzroy) in the sleepy southcoast town of Treasure Beach is a paradise of uncomplicated, fresh, healthy goodness in every forkful. Broad bean stews, lentil and pumpkin cream soups, veggie chunks in a pineapple ginger sauce — everything’s delicious and thoroughly natural.
