Fashion Code for Wednesday
THE fourth Fashion Code show will be held Wednesday at Port Royal Street in downtown Kingston.
Previously known as the Dancehall Awards, the event, according to co-ordinator Denise Smith, “showcases the best of the best in dancehall”.
The ‘best’ entails costumes, shoes, liquor, etc. “It’s a whole fashion statement,” Smith said.
Last year’s Fashion Code attracted a number of dancehall stars, including Beenie Man, Chi Ching Ching and Tony Matterhorn.
The event is the brainchild of Sandra Bimma, a London-based businesswoman.
