Lizard, cows and goats
Friends, lizard (31) should be hot this week. As I turned the pages of the Observer yesterday a story about ‘Rare Caribbean lizard on the verge of extinction’ jumped at me. Then, a friend told me how a lizard survived the washing cycle in her machine. It was when she was ready to remove the clothes fi hang out she saw the big creature wriggling in a piece of garment. You must know whey fi do wid that rake!
On di same lizard page were photos of cows (9) on the busy Mona Road. That one spells danger, so mi a beg the owners of these stray animals fi control dem cause wi nuh want dem fi cause any accident (15).
Apparently some goats (35) escaped the curry pot over Christmas cause it was a whole herd walking along the road in Portmore without anyone guiding them. I figure those belong to a landless farmer, but him need fi tie dem pon him veranda.
Today is the 13th but still go try you luck, and remember to walk good.
