39,129 to sit GSAT today

A total of 39,129 primary and preparatory school students are registered to sit the GSAT across the island today and tomorrow.

A breakdown from the education ministry said 18,875 boys and, 20,254 girls are schedule to sit the exam, which will determine the high schools they attend in September.

Today they will sit papers in mathematics and social studies, while on Friday they will write papers in language arts, communications task, and science.
