East Kingston resident, 23-year-old Jordanne Gardner (centre) was only six months pregnant when she went into labour after arriving at the Victoria Jubilee Hospital, on April 17. Described as a ‘fighter’ at a mere 1.2 pounds, baby Kylie Olivia was removed from her incubator for the first time yesterday and allowed to cuddle with her mom. Executives from Flow visited to make the occasion more special by presenting mom with a bassinet filled with baby supplies and other gifts. Sharing in the moment was Neonatal Care Unit nurse Darnette Patterson (left) and Kim Lee from Flow. Gardner expressed thanks to Flow and the staff at the hospital for the excellent treatment that has been given to her since her stay. Leo Hudson
