UPDATE: 2 construction workers on collapsed building unaccounted for

WESTMORELAND, Jamaica – The Ministry of Health is reporting that two of the construction workers on the building at the Royalton construction site in Negril, Westmoreland, that collapsed this morning, are unaccounted for.Read: UPDATE: Several cell phones heard ringing underneath rubbleRead: Several workers injured as building collapses in Negril

Minister of Health Dr Chris Tufton told OBSERVER ONLINE a short while ago that three of the workers on the site are now at hospital receiving treatment for injuries sustained during the collapse of the building.

He added that a small team from the health department is now on the scene.

The building reportedly collapsed at about 6:00 am.
