Booba Starr dedicates track to the females
SINGJAY Booba Starr is back with a new track entitled
I Will Never.
The single, released in April, is produced by German-based Hopetone Blazze from Ever Blazzing Productions. It’s on the Consequences Riddim.
Booba Starr said he’s dedicating his latest release to women, who oftentimes feel under-appreciated by the men in their lives.
“I wanna tell them not to despair. I want them to know that great kings are still here for the queens. This song is that get’s to the heart of the matter. People who hear it for the first time are stunned by my wailing sound, words and the melody,” he said.
“My drive towards the music makes me different and my sound stands out,” he continued.
According to the singjay,
I Will Never has been receiving positive reviews, especially on social media. A video is also in the works.
Hailing from Portmore in St Catherine, Booba Starr (real name Dane Salmon) attended Kingston College.
He said while attending the all-boys institution, he discovered his passion for music. He got his recording break in 2010 and has since released tracks including
Another One Gone, Never Easy and Run Jamaica.
