Super Star, Bamboo United to decide first semi-finalist in Hanover KO football

Super Star edged Jericho Rangers 4-3 on Sunday, while Bamboo United booked their spot with a 4-1 upset win over Sandals Negril on Tuesday, both at Watson-Taylor Park.
Claremont FC will play Mt Pelier FC tomorrow, after coming from behind to beat Grand Palladium 2-1 on Wednesday.
Kadian Griffiths gave Grand Palladium a seventh-minute lead, but Obrian Moodie equalised in the 48th minute before Omar Clementson scored the winner in the 68th minute.
The other two semi-final places will be decided next week; on Tuesday Major League mid-season champions Friendship FC will play Sandy Bay, and on Wednesday, it will be Super League club Lucea FC against Hopewell Chargers.
The semi-finals are set for Thursday and Friday with the winners qualifying for the final set for Tuesday May 31.
