Mandeville Labour Day
Young and old of all walks of life turned out to clean and beautify the centre of Mandeville on Labour Day (May 23). They picked up and bagged garbage, planted trees and flowers, and painted sidewalks, kerbs and bus sheds. At day’s end, the volunteers left the centre of the town a much better place than they had found it.
