Fit Farm

Fit Farm, Jamaica’s most innovative gym with the only true outdoor boot camp experience, endeavours to make fitness and health a lifestyle of change for every Jamaican. “Everything is about the lifestyle,” ‘Boss Lady’ Audrey says. “Fitness is not just something I do, it’s a lifestyle – a commitment to me to always be healthy – to always be the best me.” she was quoted in the latest and May release of PUSH Magazine, where she was the feature on the cover of that release. Pushing the whole lifestyle theme, they have outdone themselves again by launching their new App called Fit Farm Lifestyle, available on both Android and Apple stores. They say the ‘lifestyle’ theme is an ongoing one which aims to bring fitness and health into the homes of all able-bodied Jamaicans in the long run and as the best proactive solution to the growing problem of chronic illnesses besetting Jamaica. “Our aim is to keep people motivated,” Nutrition Consultant and Lifestyle and Body Transformation Coach, Audrey Allwood Says. “…a raft of new initiatives are underway to enable people to transform their bodies, change their mindset and change their lives for better.” she quips.

With renovations ongoing, Fit Farm boasts a fully equipped gym, with three wide open spaces for weight training that foster free movement, good relations and comfortable workout; an aerobics room which currently hosts all strength and core training, aerobics and spinning classes and of course their newly-built balcony overlooking the boot camp and gives members the feel of working out at home. Yoga, Dance, Taiboo, Kickboxing and more are offered as standard membership with more to be introduced to keep clients excited. Boot camp, their flagship program has been one of the most expected treats especially around this time of the year. The Fit farm Summer-Body Transformation Boot Camp Kicks off on June 27, 2016 and will be their seventh year in keeping. They promise that this year’s Summer Transformation will be like no other. “We have some surprises… people are going to be pumped when they see the things they will have to do. All I can say is, come prepared… and be prepared to get dirty.” Audrey says with hushed tones.

The atmosphere at the Club is very cordial. A competent trainer is always present to ensure customers get results. All trainers are qualified instructors and personal trainers; some are nutritionists, some Martial Arts experts, ex-soldiers and dancers. It is also important to note that Fit Farm has been winning Best Overall and Represented Gym for the past 3 consecutive years in Bodybuilding and Fitness. Club owner, Audrey emphasises her passion by coaching – along with her team – other fitness enthusiasts in the art of bodybuilding and fitness in contest preparation and posing. They have successfully trained the top Miss Jamaica Bikini, Lisan Levy, who is also a doctor by profession. And these are just some of the things that Fit farm has to offer.

If you want convenience and motivation, if you’re ready to meet a challenge, if you want to be “fit and fabulous”, if you want great summer body all year, if you want to kick start a healthy lifestyle, if you’re tired of your old exercise routine and if you want extremely competitive gym fees – then do your body a favour and come visit us at Fit Farm Fitness Club.

Fit Farm Fitness Club is located at 2 Upper Braemar Avenue, Kingston 5; contact numbers 978-5111, 322-5823;
