Gas prices down $0.41, diesel down $0.55
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see a decrease at the pumps in the price of gasoline and diesel, effective Thursday, June 23, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
87- and 90-octane gasoline will be sold for $105.99 and 107.65 per litre, respectively, down by $0.41 each.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $99.94 per litre following a decrease of $0.55, while ultra-low sulphur diesel is down by $0.98, and will be sold for $107.28 per litre.
Meanwhile, kerosene decreased in price by $0.46 and will be sold for $87.17 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $35.63 per litre, up by $0.22 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $42.30 per litre after an increase of $0.25.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark up to these prices.
