Western Meats
Ingredients
2 Lbs Spare Ribs ( 1/4 inch cuts)
1 teaspoon Pork seasoning
12 pimentos seed crushed
1 teaspoon ginger powder
4 cloves garlic grated
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1/4 cup Kraft Charcoal Barbeque sauce
1 teaspoon lime juice
Preparation
.Wash Ribs with vineager and rinse thoroughly with water. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and rub unto Ribs.
.Place Ribs in tray, meaty side up. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 90mins. Take foil off and leave for an extra 15mins for a golden look.
