#ReadySetRio: Bolt hints he’s done with 200m
RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil (AFP) – Usain Bolt won his third successive Olympic Games 200m gold Thursday and suggested that he will focus on the 100m only at next year’s world championships in London.
“I’m getting older and my body is ageing. Personally I think this is my last 200 but my coach may beg to differ,” said the 29-year-old Jamaican after taking the Rio 200m in 19.78 seconds to add to his third Olympic 100m title at the weekend.
“I don’t need to prove anything else. What else can I do to prove to the world I am the greatest?”
