#ReadySetRio: Jamaica through to 4×400 women relay final
RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil – Jamaica’s women’s 4x400m relay team a short while ago won their heat to advance to the final in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil tomorrow.
Jamaica, the current world champions, fielded Christine Day, Anneisha McLaughlin-Whilby, Chrisann Gordon and Veteran Novlene Williams-Mills who anchored the team to a season’s best time of 3.22.38s.
Joining them in the finals will be the United States of America, Ukraine, Poland, Great Britain, Australia, Italy and Canada.
The final of the event is scheduled for tomorrow at 8:00pm
