A tribute to Harry
Trainer Harry Parsard died last week at age 79. Parsard will always be remembered as the trainer who gave the ‘train’ name to nearly all his horses. The Complete Racing Guide pays tribute to Parsard in pictures. Rest well, ‘Byah’.

One of the proudest moments for Harry Parsard came after he won his first Classic race, the St Leger, last year with Superluminal. Here he receives the St Leger trophy from Renee Payne of sponsoring company ISP Finance.
