Customer Service Week
Interactions between customer and product are often times met with social correspondence. The ability to add value to a service experience is a skill not many have. Customer service is that all important skill, being able to assist with advice or recommendations on a product or service all while ensuring the customer is satisfied. Customer service is a complete cycle beginning with customer interest to transaction and in many cases after service assistance. Let’s give it up for excellent customer service that helps to give us the peace of mind and a friendly attitude.
